We could tell you we’re meticulous, but showing you is better. The photos we share from real jobs in Orlando make the point without any sales talk: a rusted-out AC pad replaced, a furnace closet with zero debris left behind, an air handler installed so clean it looks like it came with the house. Here’s what our before-and-after work actually looks like, room by room, job by job.

AC Replacement in College Park: From Swamp-Cabinet Rust to a Clean Closet
Before
AfterThe old air handler in this College Park home had been soaking in humid attic air since the mid-2000s. The drain pan was cracked, the cabinet corners were rusting, and the blower wheel looked like it had been dusted with cocoa powder. We removed the old unit, replaced the drain line and emergency float switch, and set a new Carrier air handler on a secondary pan with a proper safety switch. Before we left, drop cloths came up, the closet got vacuumed, and the homeowner got a photo of the cleaned area on their phone.
Furnace Repair in Winter Park: Clearing a Soot-Blocked Burner
Before
AfterThis Winter Park furnace would light, run for ninety seconds, then shut down and throw a lockout code. The flame sensor was reading the flame as weak because the burners were coated in enough soot to smother the signal. We pulled the burner assembly, cleaned each tube, replaced the flame sensor, and checked the gas pressure at the manifold. The after photo shows the same furnace running with a steady blue flame and no rollout. Quiet job, too; this one was finished before the kids got home from school.
AC Repair in Baldwin Park: One New Capacitor, Zero Sticky Floors
Before
AfterThe condenser in this Baldwin Park townhome was humming but the fan never started. The dual capacitor had swollen and split, which meant the compressor was trying to start against a locked fan motor. We replaced the capacitor, tested the contactor, and verified the refrigerant pressures once everything was spinning again. The indoor part of this visit mattered too: shoe covers on at the door, a drop cloth under the air handler when we checked the blower, and no trace we’d been inside except colder air coming from the vents.
AC Installation in Dr. Phillips: A Two-Stage Daikin Swap, Done in a Day

This Dr. Phillips home had a system that ran constantly from May through October and still left the upstairs bedrooms at 80 degrees by mid-afternoon. We performed a Manual J load calculation, replaced the undersized duct trunk, and installed a two-stage Daikin condenser and matching air handler. The after photo shows the new outdoor unit on a level composite pad with clean lines and a properly sealed disconnect box. The upstairs now holds temperature within one degree of the thermostat setting, even on days when Orlando pushes past 95.
Emergency AC Repair in MetroWest: A Clogged Drain Line Before It Flooded the Hallway

The call came in on a Saturday evening: water dripping from a ceiling register in MetroWest. The primary condensate line was blocked with the usual Florida sludge, and the float switch had never been wired into the system, so the unit kept running and kept making water. We cleared the line, flushed it, and wired the float switch into the low-voltage circuit so the system would shut down before any future overflow. We sent the homeowner a photo of the clean drain pan and the new switch before we pulled out of the driveway.
Trane Condenser in Lake Nona: No More Mulch Rot at the Base

This Lake Nona condenser had been sitting directly on the ground, and the landscapers had mulched right up against the coil. The bottom few rows of the coil were caked with wet debris and starting to corrode. We pumped the system down, lifted the unit, set it on a composite pad that raised it five inches off grade, and washed the coil with a cleaning solution rated safe for aluminum fins. The after photo shows the unit sitting level and dry, with clearance restored on all four sides.
